How we handle information you give us about your business and projects.
Enquiries and bookings
The booking calendar is provided by Cal.com. If you book a call, we receive the contact and appointment details needed to prepare for and respond to your enquiry. Cal.com handles the booking under its own privacy terms.
Please do not put passwords, confidential tender files or business rates into the booking form. We arrange a suitable client-specific location for project files if you proceed.
Project material
If you engage us, we use the tender examples, pricing rules, templates and other files you authorise for your project. We keep them in the agreed client workspace and do not use them as another customer’s example or plugin.
Your proposal and service agreement identify the work and the parties responsible for the client systems and accounts used during delivery.
