How the estimating setup and any later work are scoped.
Estimating setup
The done-for-you estimating setup is a fixed A$6,000 for the work agreed in your proposal. No GST is added while the supplier is not registered for GST. Your Claude or ChatGPT subscription is paid directly to that provider.
We confirm the work, inputs, delivery steps, payment terms and the specific 14-day setup guarantee in your proposal and service agreement before starting. Those documents govern your project. Your estimator reviews quantities and prices before using an output or sending a quote.
Further work
The setup stands on its own. It does not start a subscription or retainer. If you want ongoing implementation after the first project, we agree the monthly hours, priorities, fee and service terms separately in writing. Dashboards, integrations and routine support can be included in that work.
New work or changes outside an agreed scope require a separate written agreement before they begin.
Your rights
Nothing on this page limits rights you have under Australian law. The current approved proposal and service agreement set out the project-specific terms.
